(Casey County, KY) -The Kentucky State Police Post 15 – Columbia is conducting a missing person investigation in regards to Patricia Ann Moddrelle (age 78) of Gravel Switch. Mrs. Moddrelle is 5 foot 1 inches and weighs approximately 160 lbs with brown-grey hair and hazel eyes. The last contact with Mrs. Moddrelle was on June 27, 2011 and she was last seen wearing black or green pants with black or tan shoes. Mrs. Moddrelle is possibly operating a maroon 1996 Ford Taruas station wagon with a possible destination of Danville, KY. Anyone with information in regards to the whereabouts of Patricia Ann Moddrelle is urged to contact the Kentucky State Police or nearest law enforcement agency. Trooper A. Likins is continuing the investigation.

Jessie Underwood of Campbellsville, daughter of the late J. T. Sprowles and Mattie Thompson Sprowles, was born October 19, 1919, in Taylor County, Kentucky. She died at 5:45 A.M., Tuesday, June 28, 2011 in Campbellsville. Age: 91
She professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Good Hope Baptist Church.
She was a home maker.
She united in marriage to Bradley Underwood December 23, 1936. He preceded her in death July 18, 1996.
She is survived by five sons and two daughters: Nolan Underwood and wife, Rita, Sheridan Underwood and wife, Nina, Henry Underwood and wife, Debbie, Donnie Underwood, Mary Anne Rice and husband, Greg and Velda Stevenson and husband, Howard of Campbellsville and Deatrice Underwood and wife, Linda of Austin, Texas; one daughter-in-law, Carol Underwood of Campbellsville; fifteen grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by two sons and one daughter: Gradie Underwood, Cecil Underwood and Vivian Underwood: two grandson’s Marcus Underwood and Dewayne Shofner: and five brothers: Junior Sprowles, Claude Sprowles, Everett Sprowles, Archie Sprowles, and Willie Sprowles.

Glen Hubbard of Campbellsville, son of the late Joe Hubbard and Eunice Ida Clark Hubbard, was born May 2, 1920, in Bloomington, Illinois. He died at 7:42 A.M., Sunday, June 26, 2011 in Louisville. Age: 91
He professed faith in Christ and attended the Lowell Avenue Baptist Church.
He was a retired employee of Haydon Oil Company.
He served his country honorably in the United States Army.
