John Shively Barnett, 46, of Vintage Lane, died Thursday,
May 5, 2011.
He is survived by his wife, Melissa Ann Barnett of Campbellsville, two step-daughters, Angela Miller and Rebecca Price of Latonia, Kentucky, his mother, Sue Miller of Campbellsville, one sister, Debbie Claywell of Campbellsville, three nephews, Shannon, Brandon and Shawn Claywell all of Campbellsville.
Funeral services 10:00AM, Saturday, May 7, 2011 at the Lyon-DeWitt Funeral Home with
burial in Jones Chapel Cemetery.
Family request visitation 5-8 PM, Friday, May 6, 2011 at the Lyon-DeWitt Funeral Home.
In lieu of flower family request donations to the funeral fund and those can be made at
the Lyon-DeWitt Funeral Home.

Mr. Harold “Bo” Burress, age 82, of Speck Ridge Road, Elkhorn, died Monday, May 2, at the Taylor Regional Hospital after an illness.
He is survived by four sons and spouses and three daughters and spouses, Jimmy and Connie Burress, Danny Burress, David and Juanita Burress and Johnny and Sharon Burress, Betty and Byron Eastridge and Bernice and Tommy Wood all of Taylor County and Bonnie and Noel Harper of Indiana. Eighteen grandchildren and twenty-two great grandchildren also survive along with two brothers, Lester and Bobby Lee Burress all of Elkhorn and three sisters, Christine Wise, Shirley Chelf and Loretta Gaddis all of Taylor County.
Funeral services for Mr. Harold Burress will be held at 1:00 P.M. Thursday at the Lyon-DeWitt Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Callahan Cemetery.
The family request visitation after 9:30 A.M. Thursday at the Lyon-DeWitt Funeral Home.

John Fay of Campbellsville, son of the late John Fay and Mary Feeney Fay was born January 25, 1924 in New Rochelle, New York. He died at 6:20 P.M., Sunday, May 1st, 2011 in Campbellsville. Age: 87
He was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church and a long time volunteer at the C& S Mission store.
He was a veteran of World War II having served his country honorably in the United States Navy.
He was a retired engineer at Parker Kalon.
He united in marriage to Mary Sue Galvin October 27, 1956. She preceded him in death March 22, 1997.
He is survived by five daughters and one son and their spouses: Mary Lou and Richard Ross of Georgia, Margaret and Stephen Bertrand, Susan and Stan Milby, and Joanne and Gary Mowery of North Carolina, Jeanne and Tony Smith of Campbellsville, and John and Yvonne Fay of Hodgenville; eleven grandchildren: Faith Ann Moffatt, Margaret-Ann Melvin, Steven Ross, Robert Ross, Amanda Smith, Heather Smith, Whitney Milby, Brittany Milby, Dalton Fay, Mason Fay and Nova Fay; four great-grandchildren: Carol Ann Melvin, James Joseph Melvin, Elese Ann Moffatt, Aidyn Charles Woodward; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
VISITATION: 5:00 P.M. Thursday, May 5, 2011
