Sandy Leo Tungate, 56
Sandy Leo Tungate, age 56, of Paducah, Ky, formerly of Taylor County, died Sunday, August 15, 2010 at Western Baptist Hospital.
He is survived by three brothers and sisters-in-law Clifton and Edith Tungate, Larry “Bud” and Teresa Tungate, and Max and Susan Tungate all of Indiana, five sisters and brothers-in-law Jeannie Miller, Carolyn and Lloyd Waltermire, Linda Hadley all of Indiana, Tassie and Danny Peake of Bardstown, and Roxie Mitchell of Campbellsville.
Graveside services will be conducted at 11:00 AM, Thursday, August 19, 2010 at the Tallow Creek Cemetery. Lyon DeWitt Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Family request visitation 9:30AM-10:30AM, Thursday, August 19, 2010 at Lyon DeWitt Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, family requests donations be given to the funeral fund and may be made at the funeral home.
