Philip Durbin
Philip Durbin, 66, of Campbellsville, son of the late Marion Ray Durbin and Barbara Catherine Riley Durbin, was born on March 9th, 1959, in Nelson County. He departed this life on Saturday, May 31st, 2025, in Louisville.
Philip loved reading his Bible and watching westerns. He enjoyed gardening and woodworking. He worked as a carpenter and mechanic through the years. Philip professed faith in Christ and was of the Church of God faith.
Philip is survived by:
Two brothers and two sisters: Mike Durbin and his wife, Ronda, of Shepherdsville; Tim Durbin and his wife, Brandi, of Campbellsville; Patsy Price and her husband, Mitchell, of Bardstown; and Peggy Sneed and her husband, Lennie, of Campbellsville
One sister-in-law, Wanda Durbin of Bardstown
Several nieces and nephews
A host of other family and friends
Philip was preceded in death by:
Four brothers: John Ray Durbin in 2023, Joseph Lee Durbin in 2014, Robert Thomas Durbin in 2017, and Louis Stephen Durbin in 1994
SERVICES: To honor Mr. Durbin’s wishes, cremation was chosen. There will be no public services at this time. Auberry Funeral Home in downtown Campbellsville is in charge of arrangements.
