08-01-2010 Kentucky State Police Post 13, Hazard, KY
(Hazard, KY) At approximately 10:00 pm, Kentucky State Police Post 13, in Hazard received a call that Trooper Michael Fogleman had struck a pedestrian with his issued cruiser, while traveling south on KY 15, in Jackson, Kentucky. Trooper Fogleman was in route from the Morehead Post area to Hazard, where he is on a special detail with the Marijuana Eradication team. The victim, Kenneth R. Sizemore, age 38 of Jackson, was transported to the Kentucky River Medical Center, in Jackson where he was pronounced dead by Breathitt County Coroner George Griffith. Trooper Fogleman is a five year veteran of the Kentucky State Police, and is assigned to Post 8 in Morehead. This investigation is continuing by Detective Scott Sandlin of the Kentucky State Police, with assistance from the Kentucky State Police Accident Reconstruction Team. GARY GABEHART
Gary Gabehart of Louisville, formerly of Campbellsville, son of C. C. Gabehart and the late Earline Reece Gabehart, was born June 9, 1950 in Campbellsville, Kentucky. He died at 1:48 P.M., Thursday July 29, 2010 in Caryville, Tennessee, due to injuries received in a tractor-trailor accident.
Age: 60
He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Palestine Baptist Church.
He was an employee of Trimac Corporation where he was a Truck Driver.
Besides his father, C. C. Gabehart of Campbellsville, he is survived by one brother and one sister: Todd Gabehart and wife, Laura and Martha Gabehart of Campbellsville; three nephews: C.J. Gabehart and wife, Mary, Travis Gabehart, and Wayne Draper of Campbellsville; one great-niece, Emilee Gabehart of Campbellsville; several aunts and uncles and other relatives and friends.
