Dorothy Jean Neal, 83 years, 4 months and 4 days of age, of Campbellsville, died Wednesday, October 18, 2017, in Edmonton, KY after an extended illness.
Dorothy Neal was born in Maury County, Tennessee on June 14, 1934, the daughter of the late Robert Jefferson and Lula Staggs Young. Prior to her retirement she worked at ABC Daycare for 18 years where she loved being with children. She was a member of Elkhorn Tabernacle.
She is survived by her husband, Allen (Bob) Neal of Campbellsville, a daughter, Cindy Branham of Columbia and a son Ken Neal and his wife Melinda of Campbellsville. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, Wesley Branham, Justin Branham, Ivy Paige Neal and Lily May Neal and two great grandchildren Aaron Branham and Jayden Branham.
Funeral services for Dorothy Neal will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, October 20, 2017 at Lyon-DeWitt-Berry Funeral with Bro. Charles Russell Cox officiating. Burial will follow in Campbellsville Memorial Gardens.
The family requests visitation from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday, October 19th, at the Lyon-DeWitt-Berry Funeral Home.

Mr. Eugene Ray Gray, age 77, of Campbellsville, died on Saturday, October 14, 2017 in Lexington at the UK Medical Center. Eugene was born February 9, 1940 to the late Joe and Helen (Watson) Gray. He professed faith in Christ and attended Elkhorn Baptist Church. Eugene worked for a furniture company and later opened South Campbellsville Wood Shop, where he made reproduction cherry furniture and enjoyed fishing and was especially fond of spending time with his grandchildren.
Besides his parents, he was also preceded in death by two brothers, Bobby Gray and Joe Gray, Jr.
He is survived by:
His wife: Wanda (Lawson) Gray,
A daughter: Jennifer Bell and husband Robbie of Campbellsville,
A son: Timothy Partridge and wife Kaye of Florida,
Eight grandchildren: Ryan Tungate, Jenna Tungate and Kayden Bell, all of Campbellsville, Anthony Bell of Lebanon, Robbie Bell, Jr. and LaDenna Bell, both of Russell Springs, Brandon Partridge and wife Cayla, and Brandi Trimble and husband Kyle of Florida,
Three great-grandchildren: Jayden and Lane of Russell Springs, and Ava of Florida,
One sister: Betty Cox of Florida,
His mother-in-law: Laura Lawson of Campbellsville, a sister-in-law: Ruth Gray of Campbellsville, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
There will be a funeral service to honor the life of Mr. Gray on Tuesday, October 17, 2017 at 11:00 AM EST (10:00 AM CST) in the chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home, 1765 New Columbia Rd, Campbellsville, Ky. Bro. Haywood Riner will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Brookside Cemetery, W. Main St, Campbellsville, KY.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, October 16, after 5:00 PM EST.

Audrey Edith Barnes Smith of Campbellsville, daughter of the late William Barnes and Mattie Harmon Barnes, was born May 30, 1924, in Adair County, Kentucky. She died at 1:15 A.M., Saturday, October 14, 2017 in Campbellsville. Age: 93
While living in the Shiloh community she assisted in Vacation Bible School at Shiloh Cumberland Presbyterian Church for several years and enjoyed going to church. She professed faith in Christ and recently attended East Campbellsville Church of God. Outside of farm work and her enjoyment of stripping tobacco Audrey had a skill for making various Ceramic items and operated her own shop. Her love of ceramic was obvious by the dozens of pieces in her home.
Audrey was a former employee of a Defense Plant in Cincinnati and inspected Piston Rings and Parachutes.
She united in marriage to Elwood Lee Smith August 26, 1947 and he preceded her in death December 24, 1984.
She is survived by two sons: Gregory Lee Smith and wife, Betty and Doug Smith of Campbellsville: six grandchildren: Stacy Dempsey of Rineyville, Byron Smith of Clarksville, Indiana, Corey Smith of Lebanon, Benjamin Smith and girlfriend, Rachel Gupton and her two children, Knox and Rylee Beasley of Indiana, Matthew Smith and girlfriend, Julie Kuzlik of Campbellsville and Mark Smith and wife, Nancy of Oak Harbor, Washington; eight great-grandchildren: Alissa Smith of Indianapolis, Indiana, Gavin Dempsey of Rineyville, Cole Smith of Lebanon, Castiel Smith, Ronan Smith, Joleene Smith and Nitto Smith of Oak Harbor, Washington and Adrian Edelen of Campbellsville; two sisters: Marie Gupton of Campbellsville and Alta Adams of Middletown, Ohio; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
She was also preceded in death by two brothers and one sister: Aubra Lyle (Tino) Barnes, Junior Barnes and Ochila Willis.
