David Spurling
David Spurling of East Walnut Street, Campbellsville, son of Karen Cox Spurling and the late Eddie Spurling, was born in Green County, Kentucky, April 29, 1974. He died at 9:00 A.M., Monday, December 30, 2002, in Campbellsville. Age: 28He had professed faith in Christ.He was an employee of the Campbellsville Enhanced 911 Center and a volunteer firefighter for the Campbellsville-Taylor County Fire Departments. He is survived by his mother, Karen Spurling of Campbellsville; one brother and one sister: Jeremy Spurling and Kayla Spurling of Campbellsville; grandmother, Gracie Spurling of Campbellsville; several aunts and uncles and many other relatives and friends.
