Mildred M. Skaggs of Bibb Street, Campbellsville, daughter of the late Walter B. Money and Julie Pepper Money was born May 27, 1920, in Taylor County, Kentucky. She died at 11:18 P. M., Thursday, March 13, 2003, in Campbellsville. Age: 82She had professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Mt. Roberts Baptist Church.She united in marriage to Albert L. Skaggs December 13, 1939. He preceded her in death January 11, 1979. She is survived by two sons and their wives: Donald and Barbara Skaggs and Larry and Betty Skaggs of Campbellsville; two stepchildren: Elizabeth DeSpain and Billy Skaggs and his wife, Hortense of Campbellsville; ten grandchildren: Beth Skaggs of Elkhorn, John Skaggs of South Carolina, Daniel Skaggs of Lexington, Roger Keith DeSpain of West Virginia, Brandon Skaggs, Kent Skaggs, Kathy Newton, Donna Kerr, Tammy Wilson, and Kevin DeSpain of Campbellsville; fourteen great-grandchildren: Kaitlin DeSpain and Tanner James of West Virginia, Carrie Jo DeSpain, Jennifer Newton, Jessica Newton, Kyle Newton, Phillip Durham, Allen Wilson, Alex Wilson, Corey Watson, Kinzie Watson, Austin Seaborne, Jon Hall, and Jacqueline Hall of Campbellsville; two great-great-grandchildren: Dalton Cox and Brianna Hall of Campbellsville; one sister, Annie B. Dicken of Campbellsville; one sister-in-law, Litsy Money of Erlanger; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.She was also preceded in death by one daughter, Judy Gae Skaggs in infancy and two brothers and one sister: Johnny Money, Brunner Money and Frances Smith.FUNERAL SERVICES: 2:00 P.M., Sunday, March 16th, at the Parrott Ramsey Funeral Home in Campbellsville by Rev.
