Virginia Gadberry Read of Old Greensburg Road, Campbellsville, daughter of the late Arlin Gadberry and Ada Robertson Gadberry was born December 4, 1934, in Russell County, Kentucky. She died at 11:32 A.M., Wednesday, May 21, 2003, in Washington Courthouse, Ohio. Age: 68She professed faith in Christ and was a member of the South Campbellsville Baptist Church.She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Hiram Chapter #93 and was a Kentucky Colonel.She united in marriage to Archie Read August 14, 1971. He preceded her in death November 30, 1998.She is survived by two sons and two daughters: George Russell of Lexington, Richard Russell and Patti Reynolds of Campbellsville, and Lana Kessler of Greensburg; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; one brother: Larry Gadberry of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.She was preceded in death by one brother and one sister: J. D. Gadberry and Judi Gadberry Clark.She was a wonderful mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and aunt.
