W. Hardin Morris

W. Hardin Morris of Kristi Lane Campbellsville, formerly of the Mac Community in Taylor County, son of the late Luther Andy Morris and Naoma Martin Morris was born October 14, 1921, in Taylor County, Kentucky. He died at 1:30 A.M., Tuesday, July 29, 2003 in Campbellsville. Age: 81 He professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Mt. Carmel Baptist Church. He was a retired Rural Mail Carrier after twenty-six years and served as a magistrate on the Taylor County Fiscal Court from 1969 to 1989. He was a veteran of World War II having served his country in the United States Navy. He united in marriage to Addie Carlisle December 20, 1939. She preceded him in death June 27, 1990. He is survived by three daughters and their spouses: Velda and Charles Beams of San Juan, Puerto Rico, Patricia and Garry Blakeman and Kathy and Terry Lawson of Campbellsville; one granddaughter: Karla Beams of Old Hickory, Tennessee; many other relatives and friends.He was preceded in death by one brother, Wilburn B. Morris in infancy. FUNERAL SERVICES: 1:00 P.M. Thursday, July 31st at the Parrott Ramsey Funeral Home in Campbellsville by Rev. Otis Skaggs, Rev. J. Alvin Hardy and Dr. Gary Ervin. BURIAL: Mt.
