C. B. Allison of Knifley Road, Elkhorn, son of the late Thomas Allison and Dorothy Sane Allison was born in Jefferson County, Kentucky, June 13, 1916. He died at 5:30 A.M., Thursday,October 2, 2003 in Knoxville, Tennessee. Age: 87He was a veteran of World War II having served his country in the United States Navy as a Seebee. He was a retired electrician. He united in marriage to Beatrice Aubrey September 6, 1934. She preceded him in death September 22, 1995. He is survived by four children: Gerald B. Allison and wife Patricia, Judy Griess and husband John of Knoxville, Tennessee, Pat Cherry and husband Don of Lexington, Kentucky and Bob Allison and Pat Burgin of Coxs Creek, Kentucky; twelve grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.He was preceded in death by one daughter, Doris Allison in 2000. FUNERAL SERVICES: 2:00 P.M., Sunday, October 5, 2003 at the Parrott Ramsey Funeral Home in Campbellsville by Rev.
