#65279;Timothy Dwight SullivanTimothy Dwight Sullivan, age 9, of Jade lane, Campbellsville died Saturday, October 4, 2003 at the Taylor Regional Hospital after an illness.He was the son of Patricia Kay Sammons of Campbellsville and brother of Jared Allen Sammons. He was preceded in death by his great-grandmother Edith Hicks.Timothy is also survived by his grandmother Patricia Sue Miller of Campbellsville,two Aunts and two Uncles, Patricia Howard of Louisville, Ronda Garrett, Kenny Howard and Raymond Garrett all of Campbellsville. Several other relatives and a host of friends also survive.Funeral services for Timothy Dwight Sammons will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday October 7, 2003 at the Lyon-DeWitt Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Brookside Cemetery.Brother Carl Lee and Brother Darrell Ford officiated.
