Samuel Randolph Sapp
Samuel Randolph Sapp of Red Fern Road, Campbellsville, son of Della Groves Sapp and the late Alonza Sapp was born in Taylor County, Kentucky, December 30, 1931. He died at 1:37 P.M. Sunday, November 23, 2003 in Louisville. Age: 71 He professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Spurlington United Methodist Church. He was a retired educator and counselor in the Taylor County School System. He united in marriage to Margaret Rodgers November 18, 1951. Besides his wife, Margaret Rodgers Sapp of Red Fern Road, Campbellsville, he is survived by two sons and two daughters: Steve Sapp of Louisville, Bradley Sapp and his wife Sherl of Summersville, Karen Fawcett and her husband Bill of Campbellsville and Jennifer Wethington and her husband Van of Bowling Green; seven grandchildren: Chad Fawcett of Glasgow, Lynde Fawcett of Campbellsville, Bronson Sapp, Tyler Sapp and Stevie Sapp of Somerset, Candra Sapp of Summersville and Grace Anne Wethington of Bowling Green; one great-grandson, Zachary Fawcett of Glasgow; his mother, Della Sapp of Campbellsville; two sisters and one brother: Bernice Cox and her husband Rudolph, Laverne Witham and her husband Paul Edward, and Manuel Sapp and his wife Carolyn of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends. FUNERAL SERVICES: 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, November 26th at the Parrott Ramsey Funeral Home in Campbellsville by Rev. Paul J. Dicken and Rev.
