Donna Shofner of Parkwood Drive, Campbellsville, daughter of Glenn Spratt and Ruby Rucker Spratt, was born August 17, 1957, in Taylor County, Kentucky. She died at 7:00 P.M., Saturday, December 13, 2003, in Campbellsville.Age: 46She professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Mt. Carmel Baptist Church.She united in marriage to Michael Lee Smith December 3, 1976. He preceded her in death September 9, 1990. She united in marriage to Randall Shofner June 28, 1992. Besides her husband, Randall Shofner of Parkwood Drive Campbellsville, she is survived by two sons: Ben Smith and Bryan Smith of Campbellsville, her parents, Glenn and Ruby Spratt of Campbellsville and many other relatives and friends. She was also preceded in death by one son, Travis Lee Smith on May 13, 1984. FUNERAL SERVICES: 11:00 A.M., Tuesday, December 16th, at the Parrott Ramsey Funeral Home in Campbellsville by Rev.
