DON HOUK
Don Houk of Bell Avenue, Campbellsville, son of the late Charles Edward Houk and Martha Bea Thompson Houk was born March 26, 1932, in Green County, Kentucky. He died at 12:15 P.M., Sunday, January 11, 2004 in Campbellsville. Age: 71 He professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Southside Christian Church. He was retired from Western Kentucky Gas Company. He united in marriage to Peggy Gumm Houk, June 26, 1968.Besides his wife, Peggy Gumm Houk of Bell Avenue, Campbellsville, Kentucky, he is survived by two daughters: Patricia Carol Baldwin of Lexington, Kentucky and Bridgette Sue Durham of Bowling Green, Kentucky; two grandchildren: Jason Brandon Baldwin of Campbellsville, Kentucky and Austin Thomas Durham of Bowling Green, Kentucky; one brother and one sister: Barry Martin Houk of Greensburg, Kentucky and Bonnie Ferryman of Louisville, Kentucky; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by seven brothers and one sister: Junius Houk, Rudolph Houk, Doyce Houk, James Houk, Rual Houk, Bobby Joe Houk, Maxie Houk and Polly Rogers. FUNERAL SERVICES: 1:00 P.M., Thursday, January 15, 2004 at the Parrott Ramsey Funeral Home in Campbellsville by Bro. Mike Manoski and Bro. Elmer Wheatley BURIAL: Campbellsville Memorial Gardens.
