#65279;Gerald CoxMr. Gerald Cox, age 56, of Shawnee Drive, Campbellsville died Monday, March 1, 2004 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky after an illness.He was the son of the late Arlis and Ada Garrett Cox. He was also preceded in death by a son Mark Shane Cox.Mr. Cox is survived by his wife, Nina Cox, one son and daugher-in-law, Warren and Cindy Cox, two daughters, Shannon Cox and Sherri Kelsay all of Campbellsville, five grandchildren,Courtney, Scott, Destiny and Ryen Cox, Shelby Kelsay, three sisters and brother-in-law, Audrey Cox of Florida, Frances Baird of Michigan, Mary and Samuel Cox of Indianapolis. Several nieces,nephews, aunts and uncles and a host of friends also survive.Funeral services for Mr. Gerald Cox were conducted at 1:00 P.M. Thursday, March 4, 2004,at the Lyon-DeWitt Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Jones Chapel Cemetery..Rev.
