OPAL CATHERINE FRENCH
Opal Catherine French of South Fifth Street, Louisville, formerly of Taylor County, daughter of the late George French and Emon Whitlock French, was born October 28, 1935 in Larue County, Kentucky. She died at 10:30 A.M., Wednesday, June 23, 2004 in Louisville Age: 68. She is survived by five sons and two daughters and their spouses: Calvin and Ramona Durham of Brownsville, Mark and Carla Durham, Sherry Durham, Robert and Joetta Durham, Judy and Tom Prather, Phillip and Frankie Durham and Curtis and Bobbi Harris of Louisville; twenty-nine grandchildren; thirty-two great-grandchildren; three brothers and one sister: Bill French of Campbellsville, Roy French of Raywick, Kenneth French and Mildred Wheatley of Louisville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.She was also preceded in death by one son, Gary Durham and three brothers and two sisters: Ira Chester French, Charlie French, Walter French, Dorothy French, and Bertha French.
