Carolyn Blevins Beams of Vintage Lane, Campbellsville, daughter of Ivan G. Blevins and the late Margaret Christie Blevins was born June 18, 1959, in Taylor County, Kentucky. She died at 5:54 A.M., Saturday, July 3, 2004 in Lebanon, Kentucky. Age: 45 She professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Campbellsville Baptist Church.She was the manager of Five Star Food Mart on Campbellsville Road Bypass. She is survived by one daughter, Margaret Casey Ennis of Paris Island, South Carolina; her father and step-mother, Ivan and Judy Blevins of Campbellsville; a companion, Eric Elder and his children Erica and Ryan Elder, one sister and her companion, Laura Sue Blevins and Mark Clark of Campbellsville; one step-sister, Julie Toy of Charlotte, North Carolina; one step-brother, John Moore of Birmingham, Alabama, and many other relatives and friends. She was also preceded in death by a brother in infancy, March 4, 1955. FUNERAL SERVICES: 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, July 7th, at the Parrott Ramsey Funeral Home in Campbellsville by Rev. B.C.
