Henry W. Lewis of Smith Ridge Road, Campbellsville, son of the late John M. Lewis and Alice Crabtree Lewis was born October 18, 1906 in Green County, Kentucky. He died at 2:56 P.M., Wednesday, July 14, 2004, in Campbellsville. Age: 97 He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Robinson Creek Baptist Church where he served as a deacon for many years.He was a retired farmer. He united in marriage to Altha Harrison January 1, 1930. She preceded him in death November 11, 1979. He is survived by a daughter-in-law, Lorena Cochran; two granddaughters: Marlene Harper and her husband Sam and Cindy Murphy; four great-grandchildren: Chris Harper and his wife Crystal, Nicole Harper, J. R. Murphy and Paige Murphy; two great-great-grandchildren: Joshua Harper and Kirsten Harper all of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews; many other relatives and friends. He was also preceded in death by two sons: Wallace Lewis June 15, 1992, and Harold Lewis November 13, 199 five brothers and two sisters: Hubbard Lewis, Carl Lewis, Howard Lewis, Alvin Lewis, Raymond Lewis, Flora Ford and Clara Clark.FUNERAL SERVICES:1:00 P.M., Friday, July 16th at the Parrott and Ramsey Funeral Home in Campbellsville by Rev.
