Elsie Osborne
Elsie Osborne of Louisville, formerly of Greensburg, daughter of the late William W. McCubbin and Mattie Florence Price McCubbin was born May 14, 1920 in Green County, Kentucky. She died at 5:05 P.M., Thursday, July 22, 2004, in Louisville. Age: 84 She professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Stoner Creek United Methodist Church.She was a retired employee of Fruit of the Loom in Campbellsville.She united in marriage to Walter Osborne August 5, 1937. He preceded her in death January 2, 1964. She is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Nancy and Rev. James Overstreet of Louisville; five grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren; two nieces; many other relatives and friends.
