Joey Tungate
Joey Tungate of Speck Ridge Road, Elkhorn, son of Cathy Vannice Tungate and the late Otha Lynn Tungate was born July 16, 1979 in Taylor County, Kentucky. He died at 4:30 P.M., Sunday, August 22, 2004 in Elkhorn as a result of an automobile accident. Age: 25 He is survived by his mother and step-father, Cathy and Larry Tungate of Elkhorn; two brothers: Adam Tungate and his wife Becky of Bradfordsville and Scottie Tungate of Elkhorn; his grandparents: Raymond and Mary Vannice and Juanita Tungate all of Campbellsville; many other relatives and friends.
