Phillip Wesley Mann of Old Lebanon Road, Campbellsville, son of Charlotte Caton Hoots and Wes Mann was born January 10, 1979 in Taylor County, Kentucky. He died at 7:56 P.M., Friday, October 8, 2004 in Campbellsville. Age: 25He is survived by his mother and step-father Charlotte and Mark Hoots, his father and step-mother Wes and Angel Mann; four brothers and two sisters: Lucas, Jake and Jordan Hoots, Shannon, Dana and Nathan Mann; grandparents: Tricha Holt and Gordon and Lorena Mann of Campbellsville; many other relatives and friends.
