Virginia McMahan
Virginia McMahan of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Lynn Coakley and Hazel Jarboe Coakley was born in Taylor County, Kentucky, March 30, 1930. She died at 11:35 P.M., Wednesday, November 24, 2004, in Campbellsville. Age: 74 She professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Campbellsville Baptist Church. She was a retired employee of Fruit of the Loom in Campbellsville. She is survived by two daughters and three sons: Sharon McMahan of Louisville, Michael McMahan and wife, Jean and Richard McMahan and wife, Peggy of Campbellsville, Steven McMahan and wife, Nancy of Carrollton, Kentucky, and Lt. Col. Karen Eggert and husband, Steve of Woodbridge, Virginia; eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; one sister, Ann DeSpain and husband, Joe of Campbellsville; two brothers-in-law and one sister-in-law: Lt. Col. (Ret.) Gerald Carroll of New Bern, North Carolina, Ernest Montgomery of Ninety-six, South Carolina, and Phyllis Blevins of Amarillo, Texas; several other relatives and friends. She was also preceded in death by two sisters and one brother: Martha Carroll, Jean Montgomery, and Ernest Coakley.FUNERAL SERVICES: 2:00 P.M., Sunday, November 28th at the Parrott Ramsey Funeral Home in Campbellsville by Rev.
