Elizabeth Perkins
Elizabeth Perkins of Court Street, Campbellsville, daughter of Faye Thomas Phipps Colvin and the late Rev. Richard H. Phipps was born November 20, 1947 in Marion County, Kentucky. She died at 11:40 A.M., Friday, December 10, 2004 in Campbellsville. Age: 57 She professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Green River Memorial Baptist Church.She retired from GTE after many years of service and was a former employee of Green River State Park. She is survived by one daughter Cheryl Perkins; two grandchildren: Dakota Perkins and Brittany Perkins; her mother, Faye Phipps Colvin, two sisters and one brother and their spouses: Linda and Jimmy Milby, Kenneth and Emma Phipps, and Kathy and Timmy George all of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews; many other relatives and friends. She was also preceded in death by her step-father, Samuel M. Colvin October 19, 1999.
