Claude Cobb
Claude Cobb of Banbury Cross, Campbellsville, son of the late Rannel Cobb and Allie Hacker Cobb Aschbacher was born September 18, 1922, in Bedford, Indiana. He died at 7:40 A.M., Saturday, February 26, 2005 in Campbellsville.Age: 82 He professed faith in Christ.He was a retired employee of Naval Ordinance in Louisville after more than 30 years of service. He united in marriage to Georgia Stalker who preceded him in death in 1983. He united in marriage to Rita Bottoms Nelson July 15, 1989. Besides his wife, Rita Nelson Cobb of Banbury Cross, Campbellsville, he is survived by four step-children and their spouses: Greg and Lisa Nelson of Sedalia, and Missy and Doug Chelf, Linda and Russ Skaggs and Patti Phillips of Campbellsville; six step-grandchildren: Candace Bradley and her husband Joey of Clarksville, Tennessee, Clay Nelson of Sedalia, Austin Chelf, Jessica Phillips, Jenny Skaggs, and Andi Skaggs of Campbellsville; a sister-in-law, Ginny Cobb of California; seven nieces and nephews: Linda Bruckheimer and her husband, Jerry, Peggy Sandow and her husband, Neil, Jennifer McCubbins, Christie McDermott and her husband Mike, Kim Peters, Steven Cobb and Marty Cobb all of California; and many other relatives and friends. He was also preceded in death by one brother, Leslie Cobb. FUNERAL SERVICES: 1:00 P.M., Tuesday, March 1st, at the Parrott Ramsey Funeral Home in Campbellsville by Bro.
