James H. Marple
James H. Marple of South Columbia Avenue, Campbellsville, son of the late Fred Marple and Callie Fisher Marple was born January 25, 1927 in Taylor County, Kentucky. He died at 11:00 A.M., Thursday, March 31, 2005 in Campbellsville. Age: 78 He professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Campbellsville Baptist Church. He was a veteran of World War II, the Korean Conflict and the Vietnam War having served his country honorably in the United States Army and retiring from the United States Air Force attaining the rank of Staff Sergeant after twenty plus years of service.He also retired from Fruit of the Loom in Campbellsville.
