Connie Hall
Connie Hall of Taylors Chapel Road, Campbellsville, daughter of the late Johnnie Nelson and Bettie Thompson Nelson was born May 18, 1922 in Taylor County, Kentucky. She died at 9:35 P.M., Sunday, July 31, 2005 in Greensburg. Age: 83 She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Poplar Grove United Methodist Church. She united in marriage to Herman Hall April 23, 1945. Besides her husband, Herman Hall of Campbellsville, she is survived by one son and one daughter and spouses: Melvin and Jane Hall of Campbellsville and Shirley and Kenny Pierce of Mt. Sherman; five grandchildren: Ken Pierce, Monica Pierce and Daniel Pierce of Mt. Sherman, Kim Harris of Springfield and Shannon Cook of Summersville: five great-grandchildren; two sisters: Effie Lewis of Louisville and Norma Jean Wise of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews, many other relatives and friends. She was also preceded in death by seven sisters and two brothers: Polly Nelson, Lizzie Kessinger, Gertie Warren, Ollea Underwood, Anna Skaggs, Louise Skaggs, Katie Sprowles, Herman Nelson and William Nelson.
