Nancy Thomas
Nancy Thomas of Crescent Hill, Campbellsville, daughter of the late William A. Bricken and Ruth Long Bricken was born February 10, 1905 in Russell County, Kentucky. She died at 6:45 P.M. Tuesday, November 1, 2005 at Woodland Terrace Healthcare Facility in Elizabethtown. Age: 100 She professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Campbellsville Christian Church. She united in marriage to I.G. Thomas in 1934. He preceded her in death in 1954. She retired from Fruit of the Loom in Campbellsville. She is survived by one daughter, Bettye I. Self of Elizabethtown; four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; one daughter-in-law, Selena Hudson Bagby of Campbellsville; one sister, Laura Burton of Russell Springs; several nieces and nephews, many other relatives and friends. She was also preceded in death by two sons: Jack Allen Thomas and Curtis Hudson; one granddaughter; two sisters and one brother: Myrtie Bricken, Mary Shepherd and Hollis Bricken.
