Mildred Holmes
Mildred Holmes of Earl Avenue, Campbellsville, daughter of the late George Hartwell Smith and Lula Thomas Dudgeon Smith was born December 8, 1932 in Taylor County, Kentucky. She died at 12:04 P.M., Thursday, November 3, 2005 in Campbellsville. Age: 72 She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. She united in marriage to George T. Holmes, July 5, 1950. He preceded her in death April 5, 1992. She is survived by three sons and three daughters: Doug Holmes Sr. and wife Brenda, Kevin Holmes, Mark Holmes, Debbie Holmes, Pam Huber and husband Danny of Campbellsville, and Marlene Holmes of Lebanon Junction; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews, many other relatives and friends.
