Johnny Shirrell
Johnny Shirrell of Adams, Tennessee, formerly of Campbellsville, son of Lenora Wright Shirrell and the late William B. Shirrell was bornMarch 17, 1945 in Green County, Kentucky. He died at 9:00 A.M. Wednesday, November 23, 2005 in Tennessee. Age: 60 He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Liberty Baptist Church. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War having served his country honorably in the United States Army. He united in marriage to Juanita Benningfield October 18, 1969.Besides his wife Juanita Benningfield Shirrell, he is survived by one daughter, Angie Shirrell; his mother, Lenora Shirrell all of Adams, Tennessee; one brother and two sisters: Tommy Shirrell and Sue Powell of Campbellsville, Beverly Smith of Adams, Tennessee; several nieces and nephews, many other relatives and friends.He was also preceded in death by one son, John Robert Shirrell; two brothers and two sisters: Jerry Shirrell, Eugene Shirrell, Kathleen Bishop and Judy Dicken.
