Opal Lewis, age 88, of Hord Street, Campbellsville, died Wednesday, December 21, 2005 at Medco Nursing Home after an illness.She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Susan Morrison Loy of Adair County, one daughter, Brenda Joyce Bishop, five brothers and three sisters, Ezra Loy, Worth Loy, Wayne Loy, Robert M. Loy, William R. Loy, Mattie Coomer, Nannie M. Ballou, Jewell Everhart, one half brother and two half sisters, Marvin Loy, Minnie Loy and Dollie ChristieShe is survived by eighteen grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and a host of friends.Funeral services for Opal Lewis will be conducted at 11:00 AM, Friday, December 23, 2005 at the Lyon DeWitt Funeral Home Chapel will burial to follow in Brookside Cemetery.Rev.
