Ann Wallace Phillips, age 50, of Larkview Drive, Henderson, formerly of Campbellsville died Tuesday, May 30, 2006 at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, Indiana.She was a member of the First Methodist Church in Henderson, Kentucky. She was employed by the Green River Health District as a social worker.She is survived by her parents Wallace and Maxine Davis Phillips of Campbellsville. Also surviving are uncles, aunts, cousins and a host of friends.Funeral services for Ann Wallace Phillips will be conducted at 11:00 AM, Thursday, June 1, 2006 at Lyon DeWitt Funeral Home with burial to follow in Campbellsville Memorial Gardens.Rev.
