Jeremy Eric StevensJeremy Eric Stevens, age 28, of Taylor Blvd. Campbellsville, died Wednesday, November 1, 2006 at his residence.He is survived by his mother Brenda Hatfield of Campbellsville, his father, Gerald Stevens of Illinois, two half brothers, Ryan Chase Hatfield and Brent Linley Hatfield of Virginia, one half sister, Jenna Leigh Hatfield of Campbellsville, grandmother, Marjorie Callahan of Campbellsville and step grandparents, Travis and Elaine Hatfield of Knifley.Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 AM, Saturday, November 4, 2006 at the Lyon DeWitt Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in Brookside Cemetery.
