Neil A. Roberts Jr.
Neil A. Roberts Jr., of Steeplechase Drive, Campbellsville, son of the late Neil A. Roberts Sr. and Alice Mattingly Roberts was born June 29, 1936 in Marion County, Kentucky. He died at 3:52 A.M., Sunday, February 4, 2007 in Lexington as a result of an automobile accident in Campbellsville on December 4, 2006. Age: 70 He was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church.He served his country honorably in the United States Navy. He retired as chief inspector from Parker Kalon in Campbellsville. He united in marriage to Rosie Brady September 26, 1964. Besides his wife Rosie Brady Roberts of Campbellsville, he is survived by one son and one daughter: Brian Roberts and wife, Melissa of Wilson, North Carolina and Debbie Roberts of Campbellsville; one granddaughter, Sabrina Roberts of Wilson, North Carolina; four sisters and three brothers: Barbara Spalding, Alice Marie Shouse and Joe Denny Roberts of Lebanon, Judy Durbin of Bardstown, Dorothy Myers and James Louis Roberts of Louisville and Billy Roberts of Fern Creek; several nieces and nephews, many other relatives and friends. He was also preceded in death by one daughter, Karen M. Roberts, July 24, 1991.
