Lottie Philpott
Lottie Philpott of Hobson Road, Campbellsville, Kentucky, daughter of the late Dennis Hudson and Beatrice Colvin Hudson was born August 13, 1920 in Taylor County, Kentucky. She died at 3:15 A.M., Wednesday, February 14, 2007 in Campbellsville. Age: 86 She professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. She united in marriage to Cecil Ray Philpott April 14, 1936. He preceded her in death August 4, 1997. She retired from Fruit of the Loom in Campbellsville after thirty plus years of service. She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law and one daughter: Billy Ray and Gail Philpott and Pauline Pike of Campbellsville; four grandchildren: Dinah Houston of Ashland, Robbie Philpott and wife, Sandy of Greensburg, Veronica Allen and husband, Shanon of Richmond and Annette Dean and husband, Andy of Memphis, Tennessee; six great-grandchildren: Jessica Drose of Georgetown, Ger Sasser and Isaac Houston of Ashland, Cole Bland of Richmond, Ethan Philpott of Campbellsville and Lucas Chinn of Memphis, Tennessee; three sisters: Gladys Jones and Mary K. Underwood of Campbellsville and Geneva Milby of Louisville; several nieces and nephews, many other relatives and friends.
