Elma Jane Gaskins
Elma Jane Gaskins, of Misty Drive, Campbellsville daughter of the late Chester J. Tarter and Olma Smith Tarter was born January 21, 1925 in Russell County, Kentucky. She died at 2:35 P.M., Monday, March 12, 2007 in Campbellsville. Age: 82She professed faith in Christ as her savior at age thirteen in Russell County and was baptized following a revival in her church. She was a former school teacher in Russell County.She united in marriage to Malcolm B. Gaskins February 25, 1943.Besides her husband, she is survived by one daughter, Rita Smalley and one son and daughter-in-law, Frank and Sandy Gaskins of Campbellsville; six grandchildren: Mack Alan Crabtree, Richard Shane Crabtree, Tracy Gaskins, and Curt Gaskins of Campbellsville, Stephanie Rachelle Smalley of Long Beach, California and Stephen Tyler Smalley of Georgetown; one sister, Lois Murphy of Louisville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.FUNERAL SERVICES:11:00 A.M., Wednesday, March 14th, at the Parrott Ramsey Funeral Home in Campbellsville by Rev.
