Jackson Gribbins, a farmer of Merrimac Road, Merrimac, son of the late Thurman Gribbins and Minnie Gribbins, was born in Taylor County, Kentucky, June 30, 1930. He died at 11:50 A.M., Monday, March 26, 2007 in Merrimac. Age: 76He professed faith in Christ and was of the Methodist faith.He is survived by a sister-in-law, Mary Lou Gribbins of Merrimac; two nieces and one nephew and spouses: Richard and Shelley Gribbins of Merrimac, Margie and Jim Cheatham of Elkhorn, and Debbie and Donnie Foley of Campbellsville; two great-nieces and two great-nephews: Scott Cheatham of Elkhorn, Lori Noel of Merrimac, and Samantha Foley and D. J. Foley of Campbellsville; six great-great-nieces and nephews: Morgan Noel and Taylor Noel of Merrimac and Austin Cheatham, Harley Cheatham, Shae Cheatham, and Chandler Franklin of Elkhorn.He was preceded in death by three brothers and one sister: L. C.
