David Lee Lewis
David Lee Lewis, age 64, of Hogards Chapel Road, Campbellsville, died Sunday, at Jewish Hospital in Louisville.
He was the son of the late Irving Cleo and Carolyn America Lewis,
He was preceded in death by his brother, Claude Jerry Lewis.
He is survived by one sister and brother-in-law, Patricia and Forrest Sutton of Lebanon, three brothers and sisters-in-laws, Irving Cleo and Dorothy Lewis of Falls of the Rough, Ky, William Franklin and Betty Lewis of Samuels, Ky, Lawrence Manuel Lewis of Florida.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 PM, Wednesday, June 27, 2007 at the Lyon DeWitt Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in Beech Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.
