Betty Perkins Sanders
size=2Betty Perkins Sanders of Tucker Street, Knifley, daughter of the late Edward Porter Perkins and Mary Pina Parker Perkins, was born in Adair County, Kentucky, July 22, 1913. She died at 10:04 P.M., Saturday, November 10, 2007, in Campbellsville. Age: 94 size=2She was a life long resident of the Knifley area and loved Knifley and Adair County almost as much as she loved to laugh. size=2She professed faith in Christ and attended the Brethren In Christ Church. size=2She united in marriage to Hershel Sanders September 3, 1932 and had a wonderful life with him until his death April 9, 1984. size=2She is survived by a chosen daughter, Kathy Tucker and her family, Bradley, Justin, Amanda and Garrett Tucker of Knifley, one brother, James K. Perkins of Campbellsville; one sister-in-law, Barbara Perkins of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews; and special friends: Mildred Faulconer, Tommy and Susanne Mitchum, Larry and Brenda Warren, Dave and Martha Book, and Robert and Nina Brown; and many other relatives and friends. size=2She was preceded in death by two brothers and five sisters: Russell Perkins, Edward Perkins, Ina Antle, Lola Osborne, Ora Barnett, Christine Chelf, and Lou Ellen Perkins. size=2 ___________________________ size=2 size=2FUNERAL SERVICES: 11:00 A.M., Tuesday, November 13 at the Parrott size=2 amp; Ramsey Funeral Home in Campbellsville by size=2 Bro.
