Blevins and wife, Carolyn, and Elizabeth Raikes of Bardstown; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends. size=2He was preceded in death by one sister and two brothers: Faye Jeanette Blevins January 30, 1936, Carrol Blevins March 15, 1997, and Ray E.
