He was an employee of Hendrickson Axel. He is survived by his wife, Mary Clements of Campbellsville, his children and their spouses, Phillip and Melissa Clements of Dallas, Texas, Eddie and Jhnellia Clements of Campbellsville, and Stephanie and Todd Elmore of Campbellsville, six grandchildren, Sean, Baylie and Nicholas Clements, Breanne, Collin and Mikayla Elmore, four brothers and five sisters, Butch Clements of Florence, Ky, Donnie Clements, Alfred Lee Clements, Chris Clements, Patty Keller, Kathy Wilson, Laura Sellers, Polly Barker and Lisa Williamson all of Cincinnati, Ohio, Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 AM, Wednesday at the Lyon DeWitt Funeral Home with burial to follow in St. Bernards Cemetery in Clementsville.
