size=3 size=3 size=3Dean D. Durham of Campbellsville, son of the late Paul Alfred Durham and Ruby Bernice Vance Durham, was born February 20, 1939, in Taylor County, Kentucky. He died at 4:00 A.M., Friday, March 21, 2008 in Campbellsville. Age: 69 size=3He professed faith in Christ and was a member of New Bethlehem Baptist Church. size=3He had been employed as a bricklayer, heavy equipment operator and owner and operator of the ldquo;Boys and Girls Placerdquo;. size=3He united in marriage to Nellie Mae Underwood January 3, 1975. size=3Besides his wife, Nellie Durham of Campbellsville, he is survived by four sons and five daughters: Chris Durham and wife Sabrina, Elmer Durham and wife Mary, Lonnie Durham and wife Missy, John Dotson and wife Tina, Jennifer Durham and special friend Junior Miller, Stephanie Gilpin and husband Barry, Judy Underwood and husband Paul, Lisa McFarland and husband Brian and Debbie Snow of Campbellsville; fourteen grandchildren: Alex Gilpin, Cindy Gilpin, Samantha Smith, Zackary Miller, III, Patricia Montgomery, Stephen Tucker, Brandon Underwood, Brittany Underwood, Jimmy Reynolds, Chris Reynolds, Wendell Reynolds, Jason Mann, Jeremy Mann, Brandon Mann and one unborn grandson; ten great-grandchildren: Haley Harris, Cheyane Montgomery, Mercy Reynolds, Chelsie Reynolds, Neil Reynolds, Devin Reynolds, Amy Reynolds, Cole Mann, Jesslynne Mann and Haley Mann; three sisters: Pauline Sanders, Lucille Willock and Rita Logsdon of Louisville; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. size=3He was also preceded in death by two brothers and one sister: Gene Durham, George Durham and Kaye Edelen. text-align: center size=3______________ size=3 size=3FUNERAL SERVICES: 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, March 25, 2008 at the size=3 Parrott amp; Ramsey Home in Campbellsville by size=3 Rev.
