Prather E. Rafferty, of Russell Springs, formerly of Campbellsville, son of the late Elliott Wilson Rafferty and Mattie Ermine (Ma) Benningfield Rafferty was born March 13, 1934 in Taylor County, Kentucky. He died at 9:10 A.M., Sunday, April 27, 2008 in Russell Springs. Age: 74
