Bernecie Wooley Russell
Bernecie Wooley Russell, age 87, of Shawnee Drive, Campbellsville, died Friday at Taylor Regional Hospital after an illness. She is the daughter of the late George T. And Nannie Murphy Wooley. She was preceded in death by her husband, Morris D. Russell, one daughter, Maureen Russell Claycomb, one brother, David Wooley, two sisters, Irene Floyd and Ruth Wells. She was a retired school teacher from the Taylor County School System. She is survived by one grandson, Paul Richard Claycomb and his wife Lisa both of Campbellsville, two great grandchildren, Jacqueline Nicole Claycomb and Brittany Claycomb, two sisters, Geneva Cox and Leona Davis of Campbellsville, several neices, nephews and a host of friends. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 AM, Monday, May 19, 2008, at Lyon DeWitt Funeral Home with burial in Campbellsville Memorial Gardens. Bro. Clarence Bertram, Bro. Ted Beam, Bro.
