Elbridge Arvin (E. A. ) Brown Elbridge Arvin (E. A. ). Brown, 86, of Sunny Hill Drive, Campbellsville, died Friday , October 24, 2008 at his residence. He was the son of the late Claude and Sadie Williams Brown. He was united in marriage to Gracie Lee McDonald Brown in 1957 and she preceded him in death in 1992. Also preceding him in death was one son, Arvin J. Brown, brothers and sisters, William Rollin Brown, one brother in infancy, Alma Marie Gabehart, Mary Beatrice Herron and Effie Inex Herman. He was a retired farmer and carpenter. He is survived by one son, Robert Brown of Coxrsquo;s Creek, two daughters, Nancy Wethington of Campbellsville and Martha Key of Fairdale, Ky., four grandchildren, Stephanie Wethington, Arvin Brown, Lisa Hardin, David Brown, six great grandchildren, Adrian Richardson, Jacob A. Brown, Cheyenne L. Brown, Sarah Hardin, Micheala Brown and Tyler Brown, one brother, Lucian Brown of Elkhorn and one sister, Vertie Mae Picking of Louisville. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 AM., Monday, October 27, 2008 at the Lyon DeWitt Funeral Home with burial to follow in Jones Chapel Cemetery with full military honors by Marion County DAV Bro Harold Decker, officiating.
