Mary Lou Gribbins

Mary Lou Gribbins of Merrimac, daughter of the late Richard Leo Stumph and Etta Pearl Godbey Stumph Clark, was born February 17, 1934, in Marion County, Kentucky. She died at 12:03 A.M., Thursday, November 13, 2008 in Campbellsville. Age: 74 She professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Raikes Hill Baptist Church. She united in marriage to L. C. Gribbins February 17, 1953. He preceded her in death April 12, 1991. She is survived by one son and two daughters: Richard Gribbins and wife, Shelley of Merrimac, Margie Cheatham and husband, Jim of Elkhorn and Debbie Foley and husband, Donnie of Campbellsville; four grandchildren: Scott Cheatham of Elkhorn, Lori Noel of Merrimac, Samantha Foley and D. J. Foley of Campbellsville; six great-grandchildren: Morgan Noel and Taylor Noel of Merrimac, Austin Cheatham, Harley Cheatham, Shae Cheatham and Chandler Franklin Cheatham of Elkhorn; four brothers and one sister: Edward Ray Stumph, Harold Clark, George Clark and Brenda Hickman of Louisville and Charlie Clark of California; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
