Barbara Newton Sapp
Barbara Newton Sapp, daughter of Joseph ldquo;Buckrdquo; Newton and Mary Dorothy Newton, was born December 21, 1943, in Marion County, Kentucky. She died at 1:20 P.M., Sunday, November 23, 2008 in Bardstown. Age: 64 She professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Robinson Creek Baptist Church. She united in marriage to Kenneth Sapp November 22, 1969. He preceded her in death July 4, 1998. She had been employed as a hairdresser. She is survived by two children: Joe Sapp and wife, Ann of Loretto and Carol Jean Sapp of Bardstown; four grandchildren: Blake Sapp and MaKenzie Sapp of Bardstown, Natalie Sapp and Emily Sapp of Loretto; three step-grandchildren: Catherine Hall and Chris Hall of Bardstown and Hannah McCubbin of Loretto; her father, Joseph ldquo;Buckrdquo; Newton of Nazareth; her mother, Mary Dorothy Newton of Bardstown; five sisters and three brothers: Doris Jo Bowling and husband, Gerry of Georgetown, Phyllis Nalley and husband, Charlie, Joyce Ayers and husband, Mike, Wanda Brooks and husband, Bennie and Stevie Newton and wife, Tammy of Bardstown, Louis Newton and wife, Carol of Loretto, Margie Tucker and husband, Jerry and Jimmy Newton and wife, Sharon of New Haven; special friend and caretaker, Marie Van Dusen of Bardstown; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends. text-align: center _______________ FUNERAL SERVICES: 11:00 A.M., Wednesday, November 26, 2008 at Parrott amp; Ramsey Funeral Home in Campbellsville by Bro.
