Richard Kenneth Humphress
Richard Kenneth Humphress, age 75, of Knifley Road, Elkhorn died Sunday, January 4, 2009, at his residence after an illness. He was the son of the late William G. And Maude Chappel Humphress. He was also preceded in death by an infant son, Richard Keith Humphress. He was a member of the Christie Chapel Methodist Church, Knifley Volunteer Fire Department, Easter Star and Masonic Lodge and Disabled American Vets. He is survived by his wife, Ina Humphress of Elkhorn, two sons and daughters-in-law, Vernon and Debbie Humphress and Alvin and Marsha Humphress all of Campbellsville, four grandchildren, two great grandchildren, one brother and sister-in-law, Malcolm and Jenny Humphress, of Elhorn, three sisters and brothers-in-law, Wyneth and Jack Eastridge and Joyce and Bobby Eastridge, Evon and Gary Humphress, all of Elkhorn. Funeral Services will be conducted at 2PM, Wednesday, January 7, 2009 at Lyon DeWitt Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in Campbellsville Memorial Gardens, with full military honors by the Marion County DAV.
