Mable Wise
Mable Wise of Campbellsville, daughter of the late George Smothers and Myrtle Beldon Smothers, was born September 8, 1930, in Casey County, Kentucky.She died at 1:40 P.M., Monday, January 19, 2009, in Campbellsville. Age: 78 She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Sunnyhill Church of Christ. She united in marriage to William Lee Wise November 5, 1956. He preceded her in death June 7, 2008. She is survived by one son and one daughter: Gary Lee Wise of Campbellsville and Marlene McIntosh of Nicholasville; five grandchildren: Matthew Lee Wise and Jason May of Campbellsville, Shannon Davis of North Carolina, Jimmy McIntosh of Nicholasville, and Jamie Allen of Centennial, Colorado; one brother: Denny Smothers of Elizabethtown; and one sister: Catherine Sandusky of Louisville; special friends, Vera Dunn and Angie Brewer, Jane Penick and Margie White; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
