Bobby Joe Newcomb
Bobby Joe Newcomb, age 71, of Lake Forest Drive, Campbellsville, died Saturday at the Taylor Regional Hospital after an illness. He was the son of the late Joseph Oliver and Emma Ford Newcomb. He was also preceded in death by his son Edward Dale Newcomb in 1989, also one brother Grover Newcomb. He was a real estate agent, builder, appraiser and worked for Cox Interior. He is survived by his wife, Audrey Newcomb, one son and daughter-in-law, Allen and Cindy Newcomb of Southwick, Massachusetts and two grandchildren, Audrey Jo and Carlie Beth Newcomb. He is also survived by one brother and sister-in-law, Bill and Barbara Newcomb of Campbellsville, one sister, Nadine Rainwater of Campbellsville and one sister-in-law, Iva Newcomb of Lebanon. Funeral services for Mr. Bobby Joe Newcomb will be held at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday at the Lyon-DeWitt Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Brookside Cemetery. The family request visitation from 5 to 7 PM Monday at Lyon-DeWitt Funeral Home. Bro. Don Gowan and Bro. Jamie Bennett, officiating.
